I experienced extremely rude service and a complete lack of customer service skills! I waited patiently to place my order and politely inquired about the wait time for three different items. I was met with the response, "My man, you'll have to wait; we have a big order." What a way to treat customers! To make matters worse, there was no one else in line ahead of me.
