This is a wonderful hidden gem in New Jersey. They offer an impressive variety of toppings and are definitely worth a visit. I drive around 45 minutes just to enjoy their hot dogs. Highly recommended!

Just wow! This place is a true gem. If you want a hot dog you are gonna get a NY Sabretti's dog with a menu of toppings that's as imaginative as it is large. But do yourself a favor and opt instead for the special recipe wild game sausages that are infused with amazing, complex and well balanced flavors. They are cooked to perfection with a nice crisp casing and juicy center. The wild boar chili is the best chili I've ever eaten! If you are lucky you can meet the owner Rohan, who is full of information about the sourcing, spices and preparation. Sit and eat there or buy wholesale to take home with some house made jerky and serious hot sauce. Not to be missed!
