I placed a rather large togo order for delivery. Unfortunately they missed most of our cookies and there were no plates for the salads. I called as soon as I saw, and the manager on duty, Mike, made it right. He hand delivered the plates, missing cookies, plus more! Thank you MIke for going above and beyond. For a long time the tables and floors have been disgustingly sticky. It’s only gotten worse, and I went there last week and now the place smells. Really bad. Like sewer but it’s through the whole building not just the bathroom. If they can’t even keep their dining area clean, how bad is the kitchen?! I got a smoothie and it tasted weird too.
