The staff of this hostel was extremely kind, welcoming and warm against me. I was completely panicked because my mother had lost herself in the Hohneck and I had no news of her anymore. They called the gendarmerie and the mountain police for me and were very thoughtful and kind. I don't know if there's a new owner, but the meal leaves to be desired. No fresh bread, no soup, the salad was requested twice before being served with the peat.
