Last night, on a Friday, I ordered 2 Lg Brooklyn style pizzas, for store pickup. The store was extremely busy with the drive thru, curbside, phones, customer walk ins and so forth but they were still able to maintain great customer service. Terrible service ...drive up is a JOKE....ORDER...said 8 to 13took 45+....and we were waiting outside....pulled up twice...first they lost our order tried to charge us again...then lit us in back of the line...delivery to us out side would have been faster.....30 minute s no pizza free righ t? Well they said since they didn't put it in until 30 minutes after we ordered...guess what not their fault no coupon for pizza... View all feedback.
