The Big Zac Snack was fresh and hot. The fries were a little too salty, but they still good. The order taker was very nice and prompt to take my order. The girl Ruthie was quick to expedite my order to me. The atmosphere in there was very pleasant as one of the TVs was on the Weather Channel and being a Storm Chaser, this was very good to see. This was quiet possibly the worst experience I have ever had with Zaxbys and we eat the pretty regularly. Not Only did I wait in line for 38 minutes(there were only 2 cars ahead of me), I was given the wrong drinks, wrong sizes, and after all that wait time, my food was cold, and I got no sauces period.
