The large plate we were given was chipped and damaged, which is not acceptable. They really should replace their broken dishes and ensure that everything looks presentable for customers. As for dessert, we had fried small bananas that tasted anything but fresh, even though they were hot. They seemed old and had likely been refried multiple times, which affected their taste and texture. Overall, it felt like leftovers from previous days. In summary, this experience was disappointing. I recommend trying a different restaurant.

She clearly needs to improve her customer service skills, as her unprofessionalism and poor etiquette are likely to drive many customers away.

For example, water glasses are only refilled upon request, and it requires effort to get their attention if you want to place an order or ask a question. During one visit, I opted for one of their table d'hôte options, which included soup and dessert. When the meal was over, the bill was brought to me without any inquiry about whether we wanted dessert or coffee. It was a bit disappointing to feel like I had to chase down the waiter for service. I tried the same menu again a few weeks later, and the experience was the same, so it's clear that this isn't just a one-time oversight. I would definitely recommend this place for sushi or sushi takeout, but the overall dining experience could use improvement.
