The Resturant in inside the Lausanne palace hotel. Food is top quality. Lenorando from Italy was very helpful. This one of best visits to jap Resturant even better than Singapore or Tokyo. Udon and soba noodles were perfect. Miso soup and spicy edamame was perfect. The sushi and make all were superb. View all feedback.

We had high expectations since this sushi restaurant was part of the Lausanne Palace Hotel and were slightly disappointed. The food lacked taste and some of the dishes were rather huge portions.
