If you enjoy Louisiana-style Cajun cuisine, this is the spot to visit in Florida. Every dish I've tried has been outstanding. So far, I've had the chicken sausage gumbo, roasted crawfish tails, a bucket of boiled crawfish with red potatoes and corn on the cob, sautéed alligator, and the pecan pie.
