Called, on the way home from the hospital, to check what kind of soup they have, drove all the way there, only to be told there's no chicken in the chicken soup, and they don't adjust the price down... like what the heck!? Why didn't you tell me on the phone that there was no chicken in the soup? I would've gone elsewhere where there's chicken in their chicken soup. I'm so annoyed.
