Manager with the long brown hair was super rude. got a big thing of fries for me and some friends and we wanted different sauces. didn?t realize it came with 3 each. saw the manager getting all the sauces together and when she came to hand me thefood i apologized because there were so many. she just replied with ?yup? rolled her eyes and closed the window. i worked atsheetz and the company prides itself on fast, nice, efficient workers. can?t believe they have rude managers there. sorry youhad to do your job and grab some extra sauces from under the counter.
The new store is impressive, and the self-checkout lanes are very convenient during busy times. The Cinnabon treats are delicious, especially when paired with the chocolate dipping sauce.
I waited 15-20 minutes in line for two regular milkshakes, and by the time we received them, they were completely melted. The employee who handed them to us rushed away afterward. When I went in to request a refund, the manager was surprisingly unfriendly. Normally, I would overlook this, but the manager's attitude was unacceptable. She had long brown hair and wore glasses.
Sheetz is always a staple of any travel expedition you are going on. This Sheetz is up there on ones that are good to go to. Clean bathrooms and very friendly staff. Gas was easy to get in and out of and large selection of candies and drinks.
I visit this Sheetz frequently—almost every day—and I've always had a positive experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and engage in pleasant conversation. The food is consistently well-prepared, and my orders are always accurate. I've seen one of the hospitality managers handle challenging customers with remarkable grace and professionalism. Stopping at this Sheetz truly brightens my day. Thank you, everyone!
