Wing Lei offers a unique blend of Chinese flavors with Western techniques, curated by rising star chef Ming Yu. This prestigious restaurant has been awarded the coveted Forbes Five-Star Award, making it the only Chinese restaurant in North America to receive such accolades. The dining experience begins with the opulent decor, featuring exquisite details like glass, tiger onyx, mother-of-pearl, and gold accents that transport guests to the glamour of 1930's Shanghai. The restaurant's attention to detail extends to every aspect, from the plush tapestry chairs to the elegant table settings adorned with gold-tipped black chopsticks. Guests can enjoy views of the charming outdoor garden, complete with two 100-year-old pomegranate trees. Despite the grandeur, the focus remains on the haute Chinese menu, showcasing a luxurious mix of Cantonese, Shanghai, and Sichuan specialties.
