The setting is a far drop from Bellagio, however the food is still delicious. I've had beef carpaccio all over the word, and Todd has the best recipe, so I was excited to see he reopened Olives in Vegas.The staff was super friendly, not to knowledgeable about Chef and his Restaurants though.
