I made a reservation through OpenTable and confirmed it via text. However, when I arrived, I was told there was no reservation for me, and I had to wait 15 minutes for a table, even though the bar wasn't busy. I asked to speak with a manager and waited 10 minutes without any response, so I ended up leaving the restaurant.
