We stopped in here for a very late dinner on the night we arrived at Resorts World Las Vegas. Even though it was late, our waitress was EXCELLENT. She was very attentive, engaging and welcoming. We ordered cocktails and split a Wally Burger and fries. The burger was tasty and cooked to perfection and the fries were wonderfully seasoned. We were the second people in at 9am. Ordered a bottle of champagne as soon as we sat down. 40 mins later we still didn't have the champagne we ordered (after the waiter brought the wrong bottle etc. and could not have cared any less). Manager cared a little, but much less than I would have expected. Not to mention they brought the food out after 15 mins, even though we still didn't have our wine. Given that it's an a...
