I lived in Korea for many years and, being a vegetarian, I must have eaten bibimbap hundreds of times. I know this restaurant is fusion but the bibimbap here was very disappointing. Only the bean sprouts and rice were recognisable as ingredients. You could at least have added the right sauce. This was not even fushion as there was really nothing Korean about this dish.
