I have lost count of how many times this location has messed up my order, forgotten an item, failed to include sauces I specifically requested, etc. They've seemingly purposely left things out even when a manager is standing directly at the window. Their ice cream machine is either down or out of a flavor at least 70% of the time. I've eaten at a countless number of bad restaurants but this one tops em all. View all feedback.
