A good Pizza for Laredo but far from being award winning. I ordered the peperoni. The dough was bland and un-airy. The best pizza I've tried has been in NYC, Mexico City, and Europe. Suggestion,let the dough proof from 24 to 48 hours and use less commercial yeast. By the way, I am a Pastry chef and a sourdough aficionado baker. More than the ingredients, I enjoy eating the Pizza dough. View all feedback.
