The food was delicious even though it was ordered at the end of the night. I got the deviled eggs. They were out of the bacon topping : But the eggs were still fire even without. Plus they added a sweet treat to make up for it. Thanks guys! The chicken sandwich was nice, juicy and flavorful. And of course no order at saddleback is complete without the corn cake which was fire as usual!
I placed my first order today and I was blown away! The brisket was tender, juicy, and perfectly smoked. And let's talk about the greens - unbelievably flavorful with a burst of umami and a hint of heat. I need to know who I have to marry to get that recipe! I will definitely be ordering from Saddleback again. Thank you!
Very tasty, you could tell the macaroni and cheese was homemade. The meat was cooked great, not dry. The portion size for the sides do look small but they are very filling. I think it's the cups that's they are put in that makes them look smaller than whats actually inside of them.
