Their ribs are so perfect, the meat just falls off the bone. The sausage was a big surprise. Just mouthwatering delicious. Would give 2.5 stars if I could. I ordered 6 smoked wings and full order of loaded nachos. When I got to my room, the nachos did appear to have brisket, and only had 5 wings instead of 6 (5 wings is not a menu item). Worst side of ranch ever tasted.$31 for messed up order.
