When we entered the restaurant, nobody greeted us. We waited for five minutes before deciding to seat ourselves. Another ten minutes went by before a server finally acknowledged us. She informed me about a special menu item called the "big wave" so I placed my order. However, she later returned to inform me that they did not have my selected drink available. Slow Saturday night drinks lasted 25 min eating lasted 45 min 4 server and a bartender on the floor. 5 persons on the bar and 15 persons including us. not even an apology. the food we get takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. our drinks were 15 minutes on the bar I noticed.
My friend and I were here on the halloween evening and were served by kiera. we had a great night! She was one of the best waitresses I experienced. she was extremely helpful, communicative and so funny to speak! and her costume was fantastic. 10/10 will be back to say hello!

Nicole the bartender is absolutely fabulous!!!! excellent customer service, good storage, very friendly and helpful. Very clean and organized. She made the best drinks. It was definitely a great experience she has a great sense of humor, with immaculate customer service skills. Thank you, Applebee.
Just so you know..Keke P is wonderful. We gave her 5 stars for the exceptional service and great personality. She checked on pur table several times to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Great person!!!
