I thought I was brave and commanded by urban spice as it only has one star. I usually get mine from the sultan, but it's just average. I wanted to try all Indian sways before I got around with a new tribe. but urban spice was so good that this will be my new decision for now. it was delicious. Ordered a beef madras and specified extra onions. What arrived had a whole onion plonked in and didn’t seem like any beef madras I’d had before. It was a decent heat and the beef was just right.
