Bar has a great selection and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were very clean. BIG breakfast sets you up for the day. Squeaky floorboards! Walkability: Right on the front, bus stop very close to the hotel. Food drinks: Great selection of whisky (lots of Arran Lagg and Lochranza) rums, gins, beers we asked and the staff were very good explaining the choices available. Typical Arran, nice place nice people.

The bar has a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a pre-dinner drink, and it was filled with a mix of locals and visitors. The menu offers a great selection of dishes that cater to a variety of tastes. I started with haggis, neeps, and tatties, and then had fish and chips—quite traditional, I know, but there are plenty of more adventurous options available as well. The portion sizes were impressive, and the quality was excellent; I was too full for dessert! The service was prompt and friendly, making it a lovely place to visit. Overall, I would rate the service a 5 out of 5.

The atmosphere was very welcoming, especially for dogs, and the service was excellent. The food was outstanding! My haggis, neeps, and tatties starter was generous in portion and absolutely delicious—exactly what I needed after a day of walking. Overall, I would rate the service and location both 5 out of 5.
