We had flounder and it was delicious. For dessert we had the upside down pineapple cake. The flavor was great, but it was over cooked and hard to cut in some places. Usually it is freshly made, I did not complained because we ate it all anyways. We also had delicious Italian white and red wine. The view is beautiful and we had a great time. We had a fantastic time sitting outside with a beautiful view of the canyon — it was the perfect setting. Unfortunately, the food was a bit disappointing. My partner had tough, cold meat, asparagus, and just okay potatoes. I had the laughs, and while the salmon was delicious, the spinach and forbidden rice were cold.
