Highly enjoyed my visit here. It was my first time at a Firehouse Subs and I wasn't sure what to get. The staff was awesome, frie dly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. We didn't have much money at the time. My wife and I were fortunate this particular week and got to go out. Firehouse is by far our favorite sandwich shop. The staff was awful; really and truly. We left feeling unwelcomed. Looking back, I can't see how we could have offended in any way. At this point I'm only to assume that they did not enjoy our presence. Disheartening. View all feedback.
