What Wallace Santos likes about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:
Excellent counter/cashier service!!!! Food was very good, but the highlight was the Lady at the counter/cashier. Forgot her name, but she was there today (1/4/24 around 2:30pm). I was looking for a hat for my wife. The store didn’t had the size. She was super nice and went above and beyond for me. She was nice enough to call another store and help me get the hat on hold. What JB Johnson doesn't like about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:
The service was great. Thank you Laquesha! However, when it was time to pay the bill one of the cashiers told my husband, “No, I’m not going to check you out, you will have to get into the other line.” Mind you, she asked another man if he was ready to cash out and he was just browsing. Hmm, so does this mean my money is not welcome here or what?! Either way, we will not be back. Thanks, but no thanks! View all feedback.
