When I think of cuisine that consistently features vegetarian dishes, India comes to mind. They know how to flavor their dishes properly. Unfortunately, Freshii missed the mark entirely, serving up what felt like a bland salad with uninspired chicken. Even the rice was tasteless. How does that happen? Seasoning is essential!
