The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, including 30 combination dinners, approximately 20 a la carte options, 20 appetizers and salads, and 60 Forest "specialties." In total, there are about 140 food choices available, not even counting the vegetarian combinations. The most popular items are the Molcajetes (a mixed grill of steak, chicken, shrimp, jalapenos, green peppers, and chorizo sausage served in a heated molcajete), Chimichangas (deep-fried stuffed burritos with rice, beans, and sauce), and Burrito Grande (a stuffed burrito with a choice of meats and vegetables).
