Ordered cupcakes for an important event. Got a call at 3:40 that the cupcakes were ready and they closed at 4:00. The 20 minute window to pick up the cupcakes obviously wasn't feasible for anyone with a job. Anyhow, they sold our cupcakes the following morning to another customer before we could get there to pick them up. Unbelievable.
