When I inquired about the owner of Togo's, I was told it was Roy, but that he wouldn’t call or address any issues with the staff. I then asked about the manager, only to find out that the employee who was right next to us had witnessed everything and claimed, “I’m not part of this conversation,” which seemed to justify the rude behavior. When I asked if this was typical for Togo's, she simply said yes.
