it wasn't the worst experience I had in the waffelhaus, not sure whether the waitress was new or not, but had to correct it several times on my order, which was still wrong, but was not a big problem. they were friendly and eating was good. I'd eat here again. View all feedback.

The place was incredibly dirty and unkempt. The staff seemed more focused on goofing around than actually cooking the food, resulting in delayed meals.
