It was 90 degrees outside and we were all feeling the heat, so we were thrilled when we only had to wait 5 minutes to be seated at Tangerine Cafe. Once inside, we were relieved to be at a table with air conditioning and a view of the sea. We ordered the hummus platter, falafel bites, and dolma, and they were all delicious. The vegan falafel pita at this restaurant is excellent. I have dined here twice at Disney and both times enjoyed my meal. However, on my second visit, my mother had a boiled pink pita which was disappointing. This is why I rated it 2 stars instead of the 4 it would have otherwise received.
