I'll keep it straightforward: fried foods shouldn't be gooey on the inside. The alligator appetizer lacked flavor and seasoning—the only thing that was seasoned were the hush puppies. On a positive note, the waiter was excellent—very attentive without being overbearing. The beer was ice cold, and the 2-for-1 deal was a nice touch.
