Had breakfast today at Tammy’s. We always stop here when we are camping at Sleepy Hollow. Everything about this place is wonderful! I had the vegetable omelette which was delicious and my guy had the regular breakfast. Also delicious with really good potatoes, homemade bread for toast and homemade jelly. Great atmosphere, server didn’t ask us if we wanted potatoes with breakfast and didn’t say they didn’t come with it. But the truth is you have to care about what your serving to get the food to be right. My wife’s scrambled eggs were brown and burnt as well as my omelette that wasn’t an omelette (omelette has meat on the inside) not mixed with the eggs cooked flat and folded over.
