I've been here for years, but I noticed something last week when I was there. I saw one of the chefs used a blow dryer to cook the chicken. I mean, whatever he was trying to use it, can't be sanitary! I've never seen anyone using a blow dryer to cook food. I think everyone should be aware of this.
