Highly recommend Muse Sushi! It is my new favorite sushi place. The quality is incredible and the staff is so friendly. I love the Muse's sashimi set. The sashimi is so fresh it practically melts in your mouth. My favorite roll is the Kicker Roll. And do not forget to ask for a side of wasabi ginger! I also recommend trying the Echigo beer. After rushing us through our meal, a staff member came over to our table and said “I know this is rude, but we need this table for another party waiting.” We were in and out in less the 45 min.
