The employee was sampling gelato and was reusing the same sample spoon to try different flavors. When I pointed out the issue, she claimed it was acceptable because she was flipping the spoon to use the other side, where her fingers had been. However, she didn’t actually flip it at all, and it was still quite unsanitary. Clearly, some training is needed in this area. View all feedback.
