Feedback
Dining at C'sons offers an experience that is a mixed bag of high expectations and moderate results. While the restaurant impresses with a commendable wine selection and attentive service, the quality of the food often falls short of its steep prices. Highlights include flavorful cocktails and notable seafood dishes, though inconsistency, such as overcooked greens and underseasoned meats, detracts from the overall experience. Despite the outdated online menu leading to disappointment regarding unavailable items, enthusiastic patrons enjoy the atmosphere enough to consider a return, especially for the better-prepared dishes and friendly staff that showcase the restaurant's potential.
The dining experience was excellent, with a fantastic atmosphere and top-notch service. We were able to celebrate my wife's birthday with a lovely dinner.
The restaurant uses high-quality ingredients, including lobster meat. The dishes are well-prepared.
The dining experience was mediocre. The prices were quite high, especially considering the quality of the meals, which didn’t justify the cost. However, the staff were fantastic and provided excellent service. I also found the menu online to be outdated and inaccurate; it had not been updated in years. For example, I was eager to try the bone marrow dish, but was informed it was no longer available, along with several other items that were listed online. Overall, it was disappointing given the expectations set by the online menu.
We almost walked out because the ambiance was dry! But other places would have required a reservation so we just decided to eat here. Salmon was good, trout was dry. It was super expensive. We have eaten at a couple different restaurants in LaGrange and CSons was at the bottom of our list and weren’t as expensive as CSons.
