We catered for my granddad's birthday and the whole family loved it, even the pickiest of little cousins. The chicken and pork were cooked to perfection, skin was crispy and the meat still juicy. I tried fava beans for the first time and was quite impressed, they tasted just like meat for all the vegetarians out there with all the protein too! View all feedback.
