Long, horrible, terrible and totally unjustifiable bad customer service. The wait is crazy and the 2 owners are doing everything by themselves and not working with the 2 other employees. From beginning to getting my meal it took more than 30 minutes. The new reusable plate they have is another way to drastically reduce the portion size. They have absolutely no respect for customers.
