I have made a formal complaint to the owner of Da Marc's through messenger. Stating I had a confirmed reservation for 8 people and had requested a bottle of Cava be served on arrival to celebrate a birthday. However, on arrival there was no table prepared and the staff refused to prepare the tables I asked for. Saying that they were reserved. The tables were not made up and nor were they reserved.
