I dropped by the other Panera this morning, and both of these locations are fully stocked on the cups by the kiosks, which is a godsend. It's so unlike the ones in northern OC. I'm impressed with how much they put out and wish it could be like that everywhere.Anyway, this one felt cozy, but the layout was a little confusing. Asked for soup and sandwich and never was asked what size as I found out later they have 2 sizes.
