* update, I sent the other day, the brisket was much better and I tried to smoke the Turkey I really liked. The service was also friendly. I was in other places in Las Vegas and this place was disappointing compared to them. My brisket was dry and chewing, well overcooked. Besides these things, the ribs were delicious, sides were well made and in line with other locations.

The food is absolutely amazing! The brisket is fantastic, and the jalapeño kielbasa just melts...
