I took my mother to an early dinner for Mother's day. She had the prime rib and it was cooked to her liking. I had the paella. This dish is why my review is less than. The dish did not reflect proper paella. The dish was served in a bowl with the proteins (mussels, chicken and sausage) surrounding a scoop of what was supposed to be saffron rice.
