I'm still waiting for my money! Scam! I came via a vivabox. I didn’t get it on the same day, but they told us to pay and we’ll be reimbursed later when we send the good by mail. It's done. I'm sending emails, no answer. I have still not been refunded and my date of stay at the end of November. shame. I saw that it wasn't the first time that the customers asked for money.
