We were part of two families dining together, and after waiting for 30-40 minutes, I finally went to ask about our order. By then, our food was still nowhere to be seen, and I could tell it had been misplaced. At that point, my children were tired and hungry. I received an apology when they finally found our order, but it took another 15-20 minutes for our food to arrive.
