Super rich bonito chicken spicy soba Although the soup is rich, it has no habit or kudzu and is highly complete. The noodles are flat noodles like fresh pasta, and the texture and the taste of wheat are strong and easy to feel. However, I prefer to boil for a little longer for tsukemen. (I was worried that the noodles that were a little thick were dry. Chicken char siu also has a beautiful taste with little fat and no peculiarity. Boiled eggs have a very strong taste and are excellent. Seasonings are also condiments, grape vinegar, black shichimi, sesame seeds, homemade spicy pickled ginger, and abundant and unique ones that are hard to find at other stores. I personally like black shichimi. I was impressed with the polite taste. If you have the following, I would like you to have regular ramen. (Original 超濃厚鰹鶏辛つけそば スープは濃厚ながらクセやクドさがなく完成度は高い。 麺は生パスタのような平打ち麺で歯ごたえと小麦の味わいを強く感じやすいタイプ。 ただ、つけ麺用にはもう少しゆで時間が長い方が自分は好み。 （少しだけ盛ってある麺がパサついていたのが気になりました。） 鶏チャーシューも脂が少なくクセのない綺麗な味わい。 煮卵は味がかなり濃く絶品。 調味料も 薬味 葡萄酢 黒七味 擦り胡麻 自家製辛味 紅ショウガ と豊富で他店ではなかなか見ないユニークなものも。 個人的に黒七味が好き。 丁寧な味わいで好印象でした。 次があれば普通のラーメンもいただきたいです。
