Great cuisine in terms of taste, very elaborate dishes, beautifully prepared. Very friendly hosts. Rooms aren't typically the most inviting (large, fairly bright room with high ceilings), but maybe that's part of it too? Very inexpensive! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Silk Road Köln:
The food here was never fantastic. The Samsa's dough was too thick, the meat too salty, and the exteriors burnt. The plov was too spicy, despite real plov not suppose to being spicy. The lagman is served in a shallow plate, so not much soup in there. Despite all of these shortcomings, I used to enjoy coming to this place. It was a little piece of Central Asia where I could eat some Uzbek food when homesick. But today... View all feedback.
