The perfect antidote to a hot day in the sun is certainly always sashimi champagne… I had been wanting to visit Raw Spritz after walking past earlier in the week, so stopped by and was lucky enough to be treated to the best service food I’ve experienced in Samui so far. I later found out that the restaurant wasn’t officially open that day, but News was so kind and made me some delicious fresh sashimi sushi anyway, and as a bonus some great conversation. All the produce is locally ethically sourced, with the food meticulously prepared with minimal waste. A true gastronomic vision in Samui must try!
