I later found out that the restaurant wasn’t officially open that day, but News was so kind and made me some delicious fresh sashimi sushi anyway, and as a bonus some great conversation. All the produce is locally ethically sourced, with the food meticulously prepared with minimal waste. A true gastronomic vision in Samui must try!
